Hair and make up done and dresses are fitted to attract the male workers.
Men:

Powerful
Concealed
To look
Management
Most of these words are opposites and are now seen as stereotypes. Back in the 60's women gained their rights but before this time the lists explaining the males and females would have been a "normal" description.
